Job summary

Morgan Properties is seeking Maintenance Technicians for a 504-unit apartment community. You will troubleshoot HVAC, appliance, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing issues, while maintaining property standards and safety compliance.

You will respond to service tickets, communicate with residents and staff, and uphold excellent customer service. This role requires a valid driver’s license and ability to commute to the property on schedule.

Qualifications

• Active, valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Ability to live within a 30-minute commute of the property.
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot service issues including HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas per company standards and applicable laws.
• Respond promptly to maintenance service tickets and updates.
• Communicate repairs and updates clearly with residents and office staff.
