Job summary

The Morgan Group seeks a dedicated maintenance professional to support our multifamily communities in Florida. You will perform general upkeep, respond to service requests, and assist with turnovers, while upholding safety standards and following our manuals and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Morgan's Maintenance, Emergency Procedures, Leasing and Marketing, Management and Operations manuals.
• Perform all tasks in a safe manner and provide customer service.
• Handle service requests, apartment turnovers and assist with outside vendors as assigned by the Lead Maintenance.
• Assist in all phases of apartment and property maintenance, including plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, electrical and heater maintenance.
• Maintain an organized work place and shop.
• Report parts or supplies that need to be ordered to the Lead Maintenance.
• Inventory supply shipments and put away stock, giving packing slip to the Community Manager.
• Report safety and maintenance issues to Lead Maintenance in a timely manner.
• Assist in upkeep of exterior and interior of the property.
• Responsible for vehicle and pool/spa maintenance.
• Ensure lighting replacement and trash maintenance of outside grounds.
• Comply with all training requirements for this position.
