Job summary

Rookwood Properties in Cincinnati is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician for Pine Ridge Apartments (Westwood Area). You will maintain and repair buildings, landscapes, and equipment, perform unit turnovers, and support property operations with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities include routine inspections, basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks, supervising outside contractors, and ensuring safety and fair housing compliance.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• On-call availability.
• Background and MVR checks required.
• Experience in property maintenance or related field preferred.
• EPA certification beneficial.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance: inspections and routine tasks on residential properties (plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
• Repairs: carpentry, leaks, painting, appliances, detectors.
• Property inspections for safety and compliance.
• Prepare vacant units and maintain common areas; keep accurate records.
