Qualifications

• Maintenance experience required.
• Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies.
• Knowledge of property management systems and processes.
• Painting, plumbing and electrical experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic tools and smartphone use required.
• Reliable transportation with vehicle for carrying ladders and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance repair requests in a timely manner.
• Prepare vacant units for new resident move-ins.
• Deliver superior customer service to residents.
