Job summary

Cohen-Esrey Communities, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Jefferson on the Lake in Olathe, KS. You’ll respond to maintenance requests and prepare vacant units for new resident move-ins, ensuring excellent service to our residents.

We value a team that delivers great customer service and can handle after-hours emergencies, with a focus on safety and reliable transportation to transport ladders and equipment.

Qualifications

• Maintenance Experience
• Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25lbs repeatedly
• Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies
• Valid Driver's License
• Basic tools required, to include personal smartphone technology
• Reliable transportation with access to a vehicle suitable for safely transporting ladders & other maintenance equipment
• HVAC Certified (preferred)
• Proven 2+ years of HVAC experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

Description

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring customer fulfillment by responding to maintenance repair requests in a timely manner and preparing vacant units in preparation for new resident move-ins. The Maintenance Technician is an essential team member for Cohen-Esrey to deliver superior customer service to our residents.

Compensation

$25 - $28. Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
