Qualifications

• Maintenance experience required.
• Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25 lbs.
• Must respond to after-hours emergencies.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Basic tools and smartphone use required.
• Reliable transportation with access to a vehicle for safely transporting ladders & other equipment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance repair requests in a timely manner.
• Prepare vacant units for new resident move-ins.
• Deliver superior customer service to residents.
