Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to deliver skilled and professional service to residents. The role leads to potential promotion to Maintenance Supervisor, with responsibilities including plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliance upkeep at the property.

You will perform turnover maintenance, assist with preventive maintenance, and ensure a safe, clean work environment while communicating clearly with residents and team

Qualifications

• Must have valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance.
• HVAC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning, appliances, and any other aspect as needed.
• Perform apartment turnover maintenance in three to five business days and turnover checklist completion.
• Common area maintenance including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash, pressure washing, cleaning windows.
• Monitor building exterior for issues with roof, siding, shutters, etc.
• Help maintain an effective preventive maintenance program for area of responsibility.
• Ensure safety of all equipment or structures in area of expertise.
• Enter newly purchased tools or equipment into inventory.
• Keep work area clean and orderly.
• Observe all safety rules.
