Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of property buildings and grounds. You will handle daily repair tasks, prep vacant units, maintain tools and supplies, and ensure safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate hand and power tools
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Experience in property maintenance/handyman work

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for daily repair and upkeep of the property and preparation of vacant units for occupancy
• Maintain and inventory supplies and equipment
• Ensure necessary tools are on hand
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents
• Maintain professional appearance with property uniform
• Comply with OSHA standards and safety policies
• Be available to work on an on-call basis
• Secure maintenance shops at close of day
• Remove snow and ice as necessary
• Handle lock-outs due to evictions and provide 24-hour service response
