Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to deliver skilled, reliable service for residents in a Miami property. You'll work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and report to the Property Manager, performing repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances, while ensuring turnover readiness and safety.

Qualifications

• EPA certification preferred; if required at a specific property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• Must have valid driver's license with acceptable driving record & proof of automobile insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Perform apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and complete turnover checklist.
• Maintain common areas: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash, and windows.
• Monitor building exterior for roof, siding, shutters issues.
• Support preventive maintenance programs across area of responsibility.
• Ensure safety and keep equipment/structures in good condition.
• Enter newly purchased tools into inventory and keep area clean.
• Observe all safety rules and report hazards.
