Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–3 years of maintenance experience in a similar facility preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong customer service.
• Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior community maintenance and equipment upkeep.
• Respond to repair requests from residents and staff in a timely manner.
• Report equipment malfunctions and hazardous conditions to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Maintain resident privacy and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Attend in-service trainings and collaborate with vendors as needed.
