Job summary

Seabreeze Management Company is seeking a maintenance technician to perform preventive maintenance and repair building fixtures, including lights, doors, gutters, and drains, under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor.

The role covers carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical work, HVAC servicing, and ensuring safe, properly maintained buildings. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, with availability Tuesday to Saturday.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year related job experience.
• Must demonstrate a positive attitude and a professional, polite demeanor
• Possess a valid state issued driver's license with a clean driving record
• Able to operate a variety of hand and power tools, including saws, drills, floor buffer, vacuum, carpet cleaner, power washer and other tools used in building and grounds maintenance

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment runs efficiently and buildings stay in good condition.
• Perform carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Repair or replace fixtures, address leaks, and unclog drains.
• Patch drywall and repaint walls to ensure smooth finishes and color matching.
• Collaborate with management and vendors for specialized repairs.
