You will respond to service requests, perform make-readies, and ensure high-quality workmanship. Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years of hands-on maintenance experience, HVAC/plumbing/carpentry/electrical skills, EPA certification (preferred), and strong

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of hands-on apartment maintenance experience.
• EPA certification strongly preferred.
• HVAC, plumbing, appliance repairs, carpentry and electrical skills.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with the team to complete service requests and make-readies promptly with high-quality craftsmanship.
• Share knowledge with coworkers and assist each other when challenges arise.
• Go above and beyond for residents to provide excellent customer service.
• Manage time wisely and communicate throughout the day.
• Anticipate residents' problems before they occur.
• Participate in the emergency on-call rotation.
