Job summary

Continental Realty Corporation is seeking a Service Technician to help maintain a 276-apartment community in Windermere, FL. The role offers an competitive hourly rate plus bonuses, health/dental/vision benefits, and a 401(k) matching plan. Live-on options may include a rent discount and on-call appreciation incentives.

Training is provided to ensure high-quality workmanship. You will work with teammates to handle service requests, perform make-readies, and deliver exceptional resident service

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on apartment maintenance experience.
• EPA certification strongly preferred.
• HVAC, plumbing, appliance repairs, carpentry and electrical skills.
• Strong troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in the emergency on-call rotation.
• Valid driver’s license and access to basic tools.

As a Service Technician, you will help maintain the physical integrity of this community with 276 apartment-homes.

• Anticipate problems that residents might have before they even occur.

Most Important Qualifications

• 2-4 years of recent hands-on experience in building apartment maintenance
• EPA certification is strongly preferred
• HVAC skills, plumbing, appliance repairs, carpentry and electrical
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Resourceful problem solver
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Participate in the emergency on-call rotation
• Vehicle, driver’s license, basic tools.
