Job summary

Brookdale is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our community buildings and grounds in top condition. You will use hands-on skills to perform routine maintenance and respond to requests from residents and directors.

As part of Brookdale, you’ll work on HVAC, elevators, sprinkler and generator systems, and manage landscape and kitchen equipment, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests from residents and directors.
• Communicate with authorities and follow safety regulations.
• Physical ability and teamwork required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior of community buildings and grounds.
• Address scheduled and unscheduled maintenance as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local regulations and Brookdale policies.
