Brookdale is hiring a Maintenance Technician to keep our community buildings and grounds in top condition. You’ll work on HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler systems, generators, landscape and kitchen equipment, responding to maintenance requests from directors and residents.

Qualifications

• Maintenance Technicians will maintain scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment and emergency pull cord equipment.
• They will perform general maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned and respond to maintenance requests from community directors and residents.

Responsibilities

• Keep interior and exterior of community buildings and grounds in top condition.
• Ensure compliance with current federal, state and local regulations and company policies.
