Job summary

Brookdale is seeking aMaintenance Technician to keep interior and exterior community buildings and grounds in excellent condition across our senior living communities.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, elevators, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscaping and kitchen appliances, ensuring safety and quality standards are met for residents and staff. Strong communication with residents and managers is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining HVAC, elevators, fire and sprinkler systems, generators and building services.
• Ability to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and respond to resident needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators and kitchen equipment.
• Respond to maintenance requests from community directors and residents in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with fire marshal, building inspector and other authorities as required.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance across assigned communities.
