Job summary

Babco Services is hiring Maintenance Technicians—Level I and II to support residential communities in PA. Competitive pay, health/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k), and growth potential with on-site work. Full-time, Monday–Friday with occasional on-call.

Build a stable, scalable career in maintenance with opportunities to advance to lead, supervisor, and management roles. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of maintenance experience and strong HVAC, electrical, and plumbing skills, plus EPA 608/OSHA

Qualifications

Minimum of three years of working experience.
Multifamily, apartment, commercial, or property maintenance experience.
Strong HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and general maintenance skills.
Professional verbal and written English communication skills required.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work indoors and outdoors.
Valid driver’s license required.
EPA 608, HVAC, CAMT, OSHA, or related certifications.
Must meet applicable background-screening requirements.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and building systems.
Complete service requests and preventive maintenance.
Perform routine inspections and identify maintenance needs.
Complete work orders accurately and on time.
Maintain safe, clean, and well-operated communities.
