Job summary

Babco Services is hiring Maintenance Technicians—Level I and II to support residential communities in PA. Competitive pay, health/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k), and growth potential with on-site work. Full-time, Monday–Friday with occasional on-call.

Build a stable, scalable career in maintenance with opportunities to advance to lead, supervisor, and management roles. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of maintenance experience and strong HVAC, electrical, and plumbing skills, plus EPA 608/OSHA

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of working experience.
• Multifamily, apartment, commercial, or property maintenance experience.
• Strong HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and general maintenance skills.
• Professional verbal and written English communication skills required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work indoors and outdoors.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• EPA 608, HVAC, CAMT, OSHA, or related certifications.
• Must meet applicable background-screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and building systems.
• Complete service requests and preventive maintenance.
• Perform routine inspections and identify maintenance needs.
