Job summary

North Shore Gardens is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Pooler, GA. Under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, you will handle all aspects of maintenance and repairs, including making ready units for move-ins and coordinating with the supervisor to complete projects efficiently.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification is preferred.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, painting and carpentry tasks.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals.

Responsibilities

• Make ready units for new move-ins.
• Perform grounds maintenance and light landscaping.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor on projects and work orders.
• Perform minor electrical repairs (fixtures, switches, outlets, bulbs).
• Perform minor plumbing repairs (leaks, drains).
• Assist with painting, carpentry and masonry tasks.
