Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or some college credits from a technical school.
• Proficient in apartment maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
• Ability to read safety rules and maintenance manuals; write routine reports.
• Ability to apply common sense to follow written or verbal instructions.
• You love to laugh and provide excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Operates various types of tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other team members.
• Identifies and reports broken equipment or uncertain conditions to the department supervisor.
• Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and safe condition that meets safety regulations.
• Performs preventative maintenance on machinery and the building or grounds as required.
• Maintains a positive Customer Service attitude in interactions with staff and property residents.
