Colliers is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Alpharetta, GA properties to support the maintenance and operation of mechanical, electrical and building systems. You will handle tenant comfort calls, perform preventive maintenance, and assist with repairs while ensuring safety and high service standards.

Qualifikationen

HVAC knowledge with practical repair experience.
Experience with electrical, plumbing, and basic building systems.
Strong customer service and communication skills.

Aufgaben

Handle routine tenant comfort calls.
Perform PM tasks with minimal supervision.
Operate building life safety and BAS controls.
Assist with minor electrical and plumbing repairs.
Coordinate vendor visits and monitor service contracts.
Maintain safety and housekeeping standards.
Document work orders and maintenance activity.
Respond to after-hours emergency calls on a rotating basis.
