Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of service maintenance experience.
• Must have multi-family experience and HVAC certification.
• Strong English reading and writing; excellent communication and customer service.
• Ability to work at heights up to 5 feet and lift 50 pounds.
• Must own required tools and have reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license.
• Able to pass criminal background check and drug screen.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and fireplaces.
• 2+ years experience in plumbing and electrical troubleshooting and appliance repair.

Responsibilities

• Assume emergency on-call duties.
• Report any needed repairs or unsafe conditions to the Maintenance Manager.
• Inspect move-outs daily and update move-in dates daily.
• Attend all instructional classes conducted by the Maintenance Manager.
