Qualifications

• This role requires a minimum of 1 year of related work experience.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC knowledge with HVAC certification preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certifications preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• On-call availability for after-hours emergencies.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs may be required.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to the apartment community across plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical; install new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident service requests are completed promptly.
• Help maintain exterior curb appeal and property appearance.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and safety laws.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
