Job summary

Boston Creek Apartments is seeking a Maintenance Technician HVAC to service our residential properties, handling turns and addressing A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repairs. This is a full-time role with opportunities to improve common areas and grounds, while delivering outstanding resident service.

This position requires 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience, basic HVAC knowledge, and EPA/CPO certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of apartment or general maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with apartment turns and make-readies.
• Basic plumbing repair skills (toilets, faucets, disposals, drain clogs).
• Basic electrical repair skills (outlets, switches, light fixtures, GFCIs).
• Basic HVAC knowledge and troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Experience repairing appliances (refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, microwaves).
• Skilled in drywall repair, painting, flooring, and general carpentry.
• EPA Certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• CPO certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and participate in on-call rotation.
