Job summary

Boston Creek Apartments is actively seeking a Maintenance Technician HVAC to join the property team. You will handle timely responses to service requests and perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance, contributing to market-ready apartment turnovers.

The role includes cleaning and grounds maintenance, delivering excellent resident service, and supporting on-call rotations. A minimum 1–3 years in property maintenance is expected; EPA/CPO certifications are a plus

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of apartment or general maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with apartment turns and make-readies.
• EPA Certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• CPO certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Respond to residential service requests in a timely manner.
• Perform ground duties and painting; paint and pick up grounds.
• Resolve HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair issues.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market readiness via turnover repairs.

Boston Creek Apartments is seeking a Maintenance Technician HVAC.

Responsibilities:

• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
• Paint and pick up grounds
• Painting
• Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, sheetrock repairs, plumbing and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service

Requirements:

• At least 2 plus of onsite experience
• Possess valid Identification
• Full-Time Position

Requirements

• 1–3 years of apartment or general maintenance experience preferred
• Experience with apartment turns and make-readies
• Basic plumbing repair skills (toilets, faucets, disposals, drain clogs)
• Basic electrical repair skills (outlets, switches, light fixtures, GFCIs)
• Basic HVAC knowledge and troubleshooting experience preferred
• Experience repairing appliances (refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, microwaves)
• Skilled in drywall repair, painting, flooring, and general carpentry
• EPA Certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and participate in an on-call rotation

Pay Rate: $24 per hour

Requirements: Must be HVAC certified, team player, hard worker, be able to lift and bend. Have own tools, must be able to handle on calls rotate with Lead.
