Bayside is seeking a reliable Maintenance Associate to service seven Bayside properties across Port Hadlock and Port Townsend. The role involves routine upkeep, repairs, and ensuring safety standards for residents and staff.

Candidates should have 2+ years of maintenance experience, a valid Washington driver’s license with a clean record, and be able to pass a background check. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative facility maintenance across 7 residential and shelter properties.
• Troubleshoot and handle general repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting).
• Respond to maintenance work orders from staff and residents.
• Ensure safety and health standards across all structures and grounds.
• Maintain clear communication with case managers, shelter staff, and program participants.
