2B Living Property Management is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to service Bay Area properties. Under supervision, you will perform general maintenance, repairs in common areas and units, and respond to emergencies as needed.

The role requires familiarity with plumbing and electrical troubleshooting, HVAC light duties, carpentry, and a valid driver's license to travel between properties. Join our team to keep residents comfortable and properties well-maintained.

Qualifikationen

• Familiarity with plumbing, leaks, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Must have valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Team player who is organized and flexible.

Aufgaben

• Perform general residential-related work orders as assigned by the Facilities Director/Property Manager.
• Patch and paint common areas and interior units.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical outlets or circuits.
• Repair plumbing fixtures, drains, P-traps, valves; snake drains.
• Carpentry tasks: baseboards, casing, cabinetry, furniture, flooring, doors.
• Move materials between properties and assist in preventive maintenance.
• Provide light HVAC duties: filter changes and troubleshooting.
• Check life safety alarms (CO and smoke alarms).
• Be prepared for emergencies (floods, fires, outages, earthquakes) and respond as needed.
