Job summary

Save the Family Foundation of Arizona is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician responsible for the care and upkeep of residential properties. The role requires driving to various sites, repairing structural components, and performing preventive maintenance in a non-profit housing environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of property maintenance, a valid Arizona driver’s license, and are 25 or older for liability insurance requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of property maintenance experience.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.
• Requires 25 years or older for liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform drywall, plumbing or electrical tasks.
• Complete work orders within the time allotted.
• Assist with rehabilitation of housing units within turnaround guidelines (drywall, HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections of housing units and administration buildings.
• Ensure properties are maintained in good condition (interiors, exteriors, landscaping).
• Stock and maintain Property Management shop area and work vehicle.
• Share emergency pager rotation with Maintenance Technicians.
• Perform move-in and move-out inspections of housing units as needed.
• Schedule is subject to change and may include weekends and/or varied hours.
• Prepare and submit all required reports and monitoring activities in a timely and accurate manner.
• Adhere to company's policies and procedures.
