Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Oversee ongoing preventative maintenance of multiple programs/offices across an assigned region.
• Plan and schedule work assignments; coordinate with outside contractors for quality work.
• Read and implement plans; maintain buildings and grounds in compliance with laws.
• Repair and maintain kitchen, housekeeping and other mechanical equipment.
• Inspect and repair building surfaces; read blueprints and wire for networking.
• Manage inventory for equipment, parts and supplies; oversee vendor accounts.
• Maintain fire alarm system and safety procedures; assist with disaster plans.
• Maintain operational records and enforce safety regulations.
• Occasional travel to Flagstaff, Payson, Prescott, Cottonwood, Globe; emergency calls.
