Qualifications

• 2+ years in building maintenance or related field.
• Knowledge of REAC/HUD standards and safety procedures.
• Valid California driver license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform building repairs and routine maintenance across multiple sites.
• Ensure property meets safety and quality standards and turnover procedures.
• Inspect for safety hazards and coordinate with vendors/contractors.
