Job summary

EOS Hospitality LLC is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach in Myrtle Beach, SC. The role covers maintenance of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-the-house areas with a second shift that includes weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities include carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, HVAC and painting, plus preventive maintenance and keeping records of repairs. PTO, health benefits, 401(k) with company match, life insurance, and other employee benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Maintenance skills including carpentry, plumbing, electric, painting, HVAC and masonry.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks to guestrooms, public spaces, back-of-the-house areas.
• Inspects areas and performs touch-ups or replacements as needed.
• Repairs or replaces items such as light bulbs, switches, outlets, faucets, toilets, hardware, and paint.
