Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain pool, fitness center, and exterior grounds as needed
• Ensure safety equipment and systems are functional and up to code
• Coordinate with housekeeping and front desk to minimize guest disruption
• Document completed work orders and report recurring or major issues to management
