Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.
• Able to work in both heat and cold.

Responsibilities

• Inspects hotel operating systems and components to ensure safe operation.
• Responds to front desk reports of guest problems and informs the front desk when action is complete.
• Performs preventative maintenance, repairs, and recommendations for repairs across mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, and building systems.
• Maintains cleaning and organization of storage areas and mechanical spaces; reports issues to Chief Engineer.
