Qualifications

• Basic horticultural and product knowledge.
• Ability to operate pallet jack, forklift, skid steer, cart tug or other equipment with a clean driving record.
• Must be 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Work in varying weather conditions including heat, humidity, cold or wet conditions.
• Lift, carry, and maneuver items that may exceed 50 pounds using proper lifting techniques.
• Collaborate with a core group of people daily to achieve common goals.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, machinery, and facilities.
• Execute daily work lists as assigned by leadership.
