Mercy Housing is seeking a Maintenance Manager for Holly Park Apartments in Commerce City. This on-site role oversees building maintenance, manages budgets, and administers vendor contracts to sustain affordable housing operations.

The position collaborates with property management to ensure safety, quality, and timely turnover work for residents. The role requires 3 years of skilled maintenance experience, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and technical trade knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Three (3) years of experience in skilled maintenance work.
• Technical expertise in one or more building trade.

Responsibilities

• Patch and paint walls, trim, and ceilings.
• Clean, repair, and maintain appliances.
• Prepare units for new residents, including turnover work.
• Perform routine plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Manage day-to-day maintenance functions.
• Assist with maintenance budget oversight.
• Coordinate and manage vendor contracts with the property management team.

Pay: $32-33/hour, dependent on experience.

Duties
