Job summary

Sun City Festival in Buckeye, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide general maintenance of HOA properties, buildings and common areas. This role requires hands-on work across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting and grounds tasks.

You will troubleshoot problems, maintain safety systems and serve as the after-hours contact for emergencies. A valid driver's license and ability to operate a range of tools are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• 2 years: Full time, paid, professional experience in maintenance, preferably HOA/property management.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pool equipment/chemicals, painting, drywall and other maintenance to complete work orders.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Maintain buildings, building systems, common areas and assets.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, drywall, pressure washing and other maintenance tasks.
• Complete grounds work: trash, sweeping, landscaping, pressure washing.
• Maintain pools, spa, sauna, steam room, water features, landscape and irrigation.
• Maintain fire safety systems.
• Troubleshoot maintenance problems and identify repairs.
• Complete service requests.
• Be point of contact for after-hours calls and emergencies.
• Operate and store maintenance equipment.
• Perform other duties as directed.
