Pegasus Residential, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Technician at Flatirons West Trade in Charlotte, NC. You will own your role at the property and deliver excellent resident service while addressing service requests and performing maintenance tasks.

Ideal candidates have hands-on maintenance experience or a strong desire to learn, with a positive attitude and professional demeanor. This position offers on-site work, a supportive team, and opportunities for growth within a best-in-class
