Job summary

PF Holdings' Alpine Silica is seeking a Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment at our Willow Park, TX sites. The role includes emergency repairs during production, scheduled maintenance, and adherence to MSHA safety standards.

The candidate will read manuals, diagnose issues, replace components, and perform preventative maintenance. Strong welding, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical skills are required, with the ability to work

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining heavy equipment, preferably in a sand mining plant.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Associate degree or technical school preferred.
• Must be able to perform duties safely and in accordance with MSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment.
• Provide emergency repairs during production and scheduled maintenance.
• Diagnose problems, replace parts, test and make adjustments.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance.
• Comply with MSHA regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Work 8-16 hour shifts, weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed.
