Alpine Silica, a PF Holdings company based in Willow Park, TX, seeks a maintenance technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment at its sand mining plant. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose issues, and ensure equipment runs safely in outdoor environments.

Expect 8- to 16-hour shifts, overtime, and holidays as needed. Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills with the ability to read manuals are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year maintaining heavy equipment, preferably in a sand mining plant.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders for maintenance.
• Must work safely and follow MSHA regulations.

Responsabilités

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs during production and schedule maintenance during downtime.
• Diagnose problems, replace parts, test and adjust equipment.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
• Use hand and power tools, meters, and material handling equipment.
• Participate in on-call maintenance as required.
• Report faults and unusual conditions to supervision.
