Job summary

Alpine Silica is seeking a Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment at our Willow Park-area site. You will support safety and reliability across operations.

The role requires 1+ year of heavy equipment experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and the ability to work 8-16 hour shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed. Proficiency with welding, hydraulics, and electrical systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of heavy equipment maintenance experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or technical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment.
• Perform scheduled and emergency repairs during production.
• Read manuals and work orders to perform maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose problems, replace parts, and test equipment.
• Use hand and power tools, meters, and material handling equipment.
• Adhere to MSHA safety guidelines and maintain clean work areas.
