Responsibilities

• Assist with routine maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry to ensure facility operation.
• Maintain exterior grounds including landscaping, lawn care, snow removal, and outdoor maintenance.
• Inspect and maintain equipment (elevators, generators, fire safety systems) for regulatory compliance and safety.
• Keep inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, monitor usage and replenish as needed.
• Collaborate with nursing, housekeeping, and administration to address maintenance issues and support operations.
