Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Liberty Township, OH, is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to care for the health campus grounds, building, and equipment, ensuring safety and resident satisfaction. You will support the daily operations of the Maintenance Department under the direction of the Maintenance Manager.

Requires a high school diploma and 1–3 years of relevant experience; ability to operate a van or small bus; DOT physical for KY applicants. We offer Thrive benefits and weekly payroll.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a large van or bus (up to 15 passengers) safely.
• Meets all state requirements for transporting residents; DOT physical may be required for KY applicants.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the grounds, building and equipment for the health campus.
• Make daily rounds to identify and address maintenance, equipment and safety concerns.
• Perform repairs on equipment, building and grounds as needed.
• Assist with the overall operation of the Maintenance Department in compliance with regulations.
• Assist with driving the health campus bus for maintenance appointments or resident trips.
