Clarendale at Indian Lake is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to help keep our senior living community safe, comfortable, and running smoothly for residents. You’ll handle a variety of maintenance needs, troubleshoot problems, complete repairs, and respond to requests from residents.

Ideal candidates have hands-on maintenance experience, are detail-oriented, and can be counted on to fix issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance across apartment, commercial, hotel, senior living, facilities, or general building settings.
• Must be able to meet background screening, drug screening and TB testing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks to keep the community safe, comfortable, and well-maintained.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests and troubleshoot/repair issues as they arise.
