Job summary

Clarendale Six Corners is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the upkeep of residential apartments and public areas. You will perform routine repairs and respond to emergencies, ensuring safety and comfort for residents.

The role requires knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC, plus the ability to communicate with residents and staff. Full-time schedule is Friday through Tuesday, 12:00-8:00pm, with a benefits package including health and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Knowledge of residential building maintenance including plumbing, electrical, flooring and appliances.
• HVAC knowledge is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency repairs in residential apartments and public areas.
• Assist in HVAC troubleshooting and simple repairs.
• Respond to emergency calls for system or equipment failure.
• Complete work orders with detailed task information and equipment used.
• Assist other maintenance staff on campus projects and snow removal.
• Maintain adequate materials and supplies to complete tasks on schedule.
