S2 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support 8500 Harwood and surrounding areas. You’ll deliver high-quality service, handle routine repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC, and help maintain a safe, welcoming community for residents.

Ideal candidates hold HVAC Type II or Universal EPA certification, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. A strong customer-service focus and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have HVAC Type II or Universal EPA certification.
• Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Experience across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests for common areas, units, and property as directed.
• Inspect appliances, HVAC systems, lighting, plumbing, and safety devices.
• Perform routine plumbing repairs and HVAC servicing.
• Repair or replace worn parts, fixtures, and hardware.
• Assist with painting, flooring, landscaping, and general maintenance tasks.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area.
