Continental Properties is seeking a motivated Service Technician to join the Springs at Eastmark community in Mesa, AZ. You will handle maintenance requests, perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more, and ensure resident satisfaction.

This full-time role offers pay between $23.00 and $27.00 per hour plus performance incentives. The position emphasizes a proactive, team-oriented approach and a strong commitment to upkeep and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential maintenance or related trade.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Willing to work weekends/holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the property's overall appearance and curb appeal; deliver courteous, professional service.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, flooring, and related maintenance needs.
• Perform grounds upkeep, painting, trash removal, and assist with unit touch-ups and snow removal where applicable.
