Job summary

Ethan’s Crossing in Cleveland, Ohio seeks a reliable Maintenance Technician to keep resident living spaces safe, clean, and comfortable. You will perform general plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs, conduct routine maintenance, inspect building systems, and coordinate with contractors.

You’ll prioritize tasks, respond to emergencies, and communicate professionally with residents and management to uphold high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and appliance repairs.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and complete work orders efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform general plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance throughout the property.
• Inspect facility, common areas, and building systems to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of common areas and exterior grounds.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and coordinate with outside contractors when necessary.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies in an organized manner.
• Follow all applicable safety procedures and property maintenance standards.
• Communicate professionally with residents, property management, and team members.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
