Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking a maintenance technician to ensure the upkeep of the community through routine work orders and timely repairs. You will complete tasks around apartments, organize supplies, and manage projects covering plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, equipment repair, snow removal and landscaping.

Qualifications

• No experience is required, though general mechanical and/or electrical knowledge is preferred.
• Clear and positive communication with everyone you encounter.
• Self-assured with a can-do attitude and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders around the community.
• Perform work and repairs needed to ready apartments prior to move-ins.
• Order and organize maintenance supplies as needed.
• Complete general maintenance projects, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, equipment repair, snow removal and landscaping.
