Job summary

VASA Fitness in Greeley, CO is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep clubs safe, functional, and welcoming. The role offers hands-on exposure to facility maintenance, equipment repair, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance.

You will respond to work orders via a CMMS and own repairs to keep operations running smoothly, while building technical skills in a fast-paced environment. Compensation is $25.00–$30.00 per hour, plus an $80 monthly phone reimbursement, with on-the-job training

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate.
• Basic troubleshooting for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• CMMS/work order software experience and basic project management tools familiarity is a plus.
• Certifications such as CPO or related trade credentials are a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, tests, and preventive maintenance on club equipment and building systems.
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize downtime.
• Maintain cardio, strength, and general workout equipment in safe, working condition.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues and document work in CMMS.
• Collaborate with General Manager, District Manager, vendors, and contractors as needed.
