• Experience as a Maintenance Technician in a hotel or similar setting.
• Must be able to work various shifts and lift up to 70 lbs.
• General knowledge of carpentry, painting and electrical work.

Responsibilities

• Take regular action to keep guest rooms and areas operable for guest comfort and safety.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and upkeep.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve matters to guest satisfaction.
• Use technical abilities to solve problems and make repairs.
